Clear The Cobwebs weekend
Now that we are all free and able to get together, a “Clear the Cobwebs” weekend was organized. Portarlington was our destination.
A fabulous weekend was enjoyed by all. The sail over was perfect with some boats getting more wind than others.
A delicious dinner was enjoyed at the local Pizza/pasta restaurant which we were lucky enugh to get the last available table.
Sunday strated with a walk along the foreshore. The wather was so serene and looked very inviting but we all knew better and none of us were even considering taking the plunge.
The sail home was perfect as well. In some spots we encountered no wind, but that is what makes sailing.
The weekend was enjoyed by all and we are looking forward to the summer holidays where we can do more trip together as a club.
